Shipping Rates
- Shipping starts at $12.50, calculated by weight and location.
- For an accurate rate estimate, add items to your cart and enter your postal code.
- *Free shipping applies to orders over $400 before tax, except orders to Nunavut and some remote areas.
Shipping Speed
- Delivery times depend on your location relative to our three warehouses located in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local warehouse time) will ship the same day — although this is not guaranteed.
- Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimated by the shipping carriers and are generally very accurate, but are not guaranteed. Estimates are based on orders being processed without delays or other issues.
- Delivery within the same province typically takes 1–2 business days.
- Delivery to a different province usually takes 2–5 business days.
- Express is typically delivered the next business day.
Additional Details
- Orders ship via Purolator or UPS.
- Orders may ship from multiple warehouses, resulting in extra costs or longer shipping times.
- Items in your cart aren't held until checkout; availability and shipping location may change.

Orders exceeding 500 lbs (approximately 1,000 t-shirts) will ship via a freight forwarder.
*To ship large orders express over 500 lbs please place separate orders.
Shipping Restrictions
- Once processing begins, shipping methods cannot be changed.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or outside of Canada.
- Same-day delivery is not available.
- Orders destined for Yukon and the Northwest Territories are shipped exclusively via Purolator.
- Free shipping may not be available for certain remote or rural areas, even if the order qualifies based on minimum purchase requirements. If additional shipping charges apply, a customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will be processed once the charges have been approved.
- Orders destined for Nunavut are shipped exclusively via Canada Post and are not eligible for free shipping.
Order Notes
- Order notes require manual review, which may delay processing, particularly outside business hours.
- Delivery requests are not guaranteed, and couriers cannot be contacted by phone.
Tracking Information
- You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
- Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email, and email us if the tracking information is missing.
Order Pick Up
- Warehouse pickup is unavailable, as our facilities are not open to the public.
